RULES & REGULATIONS
GENERAL:
- All the students must reach the school before 08:40 A.M
- No languages other than English (Hindi or Tenyidie as and when necessary) will be spoken while in the school premises.
- The cost of any damage done to the school’s property will be borne by the student responsible.
- The school will not be responsible for loss of personal belonging. Incase of lost of property, parents are to inform the teachers.
- Lost and found materials/belongings will be donated to needy students if not reclaimed within a month.
- Student are not allowed to bring mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or any other expensive materials to school.
- Complaints against any teacher/student should be addressed to the school authority.
- Students suffering from contagious diseases may not attend the class until fully recovered.
- Parents/Guardians shall not interview the staff/students in the school premises without prior permission from the Head of institution.
- Students should keep themselves and the school Campus neat and clean.
- No student is allowed to use cosmetics, jewellery, or dye hair.
- The school strictly prohibits any form of ragging, including verbal, physical, or psychological harassment. Ragging in any form is a punishable offense.
- Students are not allowed to bring fast food in their Lunch box.
- Students from classes L.K.G to 10 are compulsory to bring their Lunch box and water bottle every day.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Students Discipline, ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE:
- Student’s leave Application will not be entertained without School diary.
- All students are mandatory to maintain 80% attendance.
- Students absent for more than two days should produce a medical prescription/Certificate along with the parents/guardians.
- No student will be allowed to leave the school unless permitted by the authority.
- Bunking of classes and truancy will be strictly dealt with.
- No leave will be granted to any student on exam days and school programmes.
FEES AND LIABILITIES
- All payments shall be made only to the cashier unless specified. Any payment made to any other staff for whatever reason will be done at their own accountability.
- A late fine of `20 will be imposed if the monthly fees are not paid on or before 15th of every pending month.
- Non-payment of fees within the specified period will lead to debarment of the students from appearing the examination or the result may be withheld.
DISQUALIFICATIONS
- Students found using unfair means during examinations will be debarred from writing the whole examination
- Students instigating indiscipline or other such activities which would disturb the school atmosphere will be expelled.
- Students showing contempt to school authority and teaching staff or non-teaching will be expelled.
- Students found using tobacco, drugs, alcohol or any other intoxicant substances or involving in any immoral/illegal activities will be expelled.
The School authority reserves the right to dismiss or take
any other appropriate action to protect the welfare of the school.
